This Membership Service Agreement applies to optional Moviebox membership plans. It should be read together with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Auto-Renewal Agreement, and the plan details presented before payment.
1. Selecting a Plan
Plans may differ in price, duration, renewal method, eligibility, and benefits. The purchase screen identifies the terms applying to your selection. Review those details before confirming payment.
2. Membership Benefits
A plan may include access to designated movies or series, playback functions, reduced advertising, or other features described in the application. Benefits require an active entitlement and compatible device.
3. Activation
Membership begins after the payment platform confirms the transaction and the entitlement is validated. Network conditions, payment processing, synchronization, or maintenance may temporarily delay activation.
4. Account Association
Membership is connected to the relevant purchasing and Moviebox accounts. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use and may not be sold, rented, exchanged, or transferred unless the payment platform expressly allows it.
5. Devices and Sessions
A plan may limit supported devices or simultaneous use. We may request another sign-in or entitlement check when necessary to secure an account, confirm access, or investigate unusual activity.
6. Access and Availability
Membership grants conditional access rather than ownership. Titles, episodes, subtitles, audio tracks, playback options, and benefits may change for licensing, legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.
7. Membership Term
A fixed-term plan ends after its stated duration. A recurring plan continues until canceled under the Auto-Renewal Agreement and the subscription controls provided by the purchasing platform.
8. Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions generally must be canceled through the platform used for purchase. Removing the application, signing out, or deleting a Moviebox account does not automatically stop externally managed billing.
9. Price, Currency, and Taxes
The checkout page displays the charge before confirmation. Currency, taxes, conversion, and payment processing may be determined by the payment provider. Separate bank, network, or connectivity costs are outside our control.
10. Trials and Promotions
Special offers may have eligibility, duration, and renewal conditions. If an offer converts to a paid recurring plan, the applicable price and cancellation terms will be shown before enrollment.
11. Refunds and Restoration
Refund requests for externally processed purchases are generally reviewed by the payment platform under its procedures and applicable law. To restore a valid purchase, sign in with the original purchasing account and use any available restore function.
12. Misuse and Suspension
Receipt alteration, promotion abuse, unauthorized entitlement sharing, and attempts to bypass membership checks are prohibited. Benefits may be paused or removed if an entitlement expires, is reversed, cannot be verified, or was obtained improperly.
