Auto-Renewal Agreement

ON THIS PAGE

This Auto-Renewal Agreement applies when a Moviebox membership is identified as recurring at checkout. By confirming that purchase, you authorize repeated billing under the displayed plan terms and the conditions below.

1. Recurring Subscription

A recurring plan continues for additional billing periods until canceled, payment cannot be completed, the product is discontinued, or the subscription otherwise ends. Your selected plan and billing frequency are shown before purchase.

2. Payment Authorization

You authorize the purchasing payment platform to charge the payment method linked to your account for each renewal, including applicable taxes. Moviebox does not independently store complete card credentials processed by that platform.

3. Renewal Timing

The payment platform determines the exact renewal date and processing sequence. Time zones, month length, platform procedures, and retry rules may affect when a charge appears. Review your subscription settings for current information.

4. Canceling Auto-Renewal

Use the subscription-management controls of the platform used for purchase and complete cancellation before its stated deadline. Uninstalling the application, signing out, or deleting a Moviebox account does not itself cancel recurring billing.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Successful cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless law or the payment platform provides otherwise, benefits remain available until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund an existing charge.

6. Price Changes

A future period may be billed at a revised price after any notice or consent required by law or the payment platform. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

7. Trials and Introductory Offers

A trial or discounted period may convert to a standard recurring plan when it ends. Eligibility, duration, conversion price, and cancellation conditions will be displayed before enrollment.

8. Failed Payments

Renewal may fail because a payment method expired, authorization was declined, an account was restricted, or a technical problem occurred. The payment platform may retry the charge, request updated details, provide a grace period, or allow the plan to expire.

9. Entitlement Verification

Membership benefits remain available only while an active subscription can be confirmed. Access may pause when renewal status cannot be verified and may resume after a valid entitlement is synchronized.

10. Refund Requests

Refund requests for externally processed charges generally must be submitted through the payment platform’s designated process. A refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed payment may result in removal of associated benefits.

11. Restoration and Account Security

To restore a subscription, sign in with the original purchasing account and use any available restore option. Protect your account, monitor its subscription status, and retain cancellation confirmation. Fraudulent claims and altered receipts are prohibited.

12. Platform-Controlled Functions

The payment platform controls billing credentials, authorization, tax calculation, cancellation tools, retries, and many refund decisions. Its mandatory procedures apply to those functions.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update this Agreement for changes in subscription products, payment operations, technology, or law. For assistance, email coravexaoffice@163.com with a non-sensitive order reference and approximate purchase date.
