This User Agreement sets out the conditions for accessing and using Moviebox. By opening the application, creating an account, or using its features, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements that apply where you live. If permission from a parent or guardian is required, that person must review and accept this Agreement for you.
2. Your Account
Registration information must be accurate and kept current. Keep your password and verification details confidential, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
3. Service Features
The service may provide movie and series discovery, title details, streaming, search, favorites, viewing progress, recommendations, account controls, and optional paid features. Availability may vary by device, application version, account status, and content authorization.
4. Personal Use Permission
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the application for lawful personal entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application, software, brand, or media.
5. Content Availability
Titles, episodes, artwork, subtitles, audio options, and playback functions may be added, changed, restricted, or removed for licensing, legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. No specific title is promised to remain available permanently.
6. Acceptable Conduct
You must not:
- record, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display protected content;
- bypass account, entitlement, payment, territorial, or security controls;
- use automated scraping, modified clients, malware, or disruptive traffic;
- alter receipts, misuse promotions, or make fraudulent payment claims;
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
7. Purchases and Memberships
Optional paid products may be offered. Before payment, the product, price, duration, benefits, and renewal conditions will be displayed. Transactions handled by a payment platform are also subject to that platform’s billing, cancellation, and refund procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
The application, interface, software, trademarks, artwork, video, and audio are protected by applicable laws. Rights may belong to Moviebox, its licensors, or other rights holders. Access is limited to authorized personal use.
9. Updates and External Services
We may update or maintain the service for security, compatibility, compliance, or reliable operation. Operating systems, payment services, hosting providers, and delivery networks may apply separate terms to functions they independently control.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or ended in response to fraud, infringement, security risks, invalid entitlements, serious or repeated violations, or legal obligations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
11. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent content availability. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and Contact
